Vimal Venu

Vimal Venu is a Bachelor in Commerce from Calicut University, a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Certified Fraud examiner from ACFE (USA), and an Information Systems Auditor. He has also completed the certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Vimal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vimal Venu & Co, a leading management consulting firm since 1998. He has worked with many corporates in structuring their business systems and processes, apart from statutory audits, taxation, and financial consulting. He has also served on the Board of technology companies contributing to their governance and strategy. He is actively involved in training activities since 1996 and has conducted various training sessions for the Chartered Accountancy course and for many educational institutions.
